The 3d Virginia Winter Academy is a methodology based girls' lacrosse training program geared toward individual skill development, game IQ and positional components.  The training staff brings decades of lacrosse experience to the training field and will challenge athletes to combine athleticism and growth mindset to advance their play over the 10 week program.  

The Academy offers training 3 times per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday.  Athletes are encouraged to come to every session, however 3d Lacrosse celebrates the multi sport athlete and is purposeful in the 3x week offering to allow players to come as often as they can while incorporating other activities during the winter.

Cost: $350 for the entire 10 week program
Program components: 3d logo reversible, all training, small sided games on Fridays, athlete road mapping and detailed player evaluations.
